At Andrew Renn Design and Renn-Ta-Gardener we pride ourselves on our team of staff and we invest much time and money in them to ensure that they are well trained, qualified and motivated.
Rather than employing the services of contractors, we have always adopted the policy of employing full time permanent staff. In doing this, we have found that our team have greater levels of commitment to our company and more importantly, dedication to the job at hand.
Andrew Renn (Company Director & Designer)
Following in his family’s footsteps, Andrew started a humble career back in 1990 as a gardener with a vision. After a few years Andrew was soon to discover that his talents extended far beyond the realms of horticulture.
A great enthusiast with a keen eye for Garden Design, Andrew expanded his services to include both Landscape Construction and Maintenance and named his business “Andrew Renn Design”.
Due to the increasing demand for Garden Design from our existing and new clients, “Andrew Renn Design” evolved, extending the scope of works to full design services: concept design, detailed design and masterplanning, as well as, resolution of the design through working drawings, planting plans and schedules for a wide variety of gardens and landscapes.
Now employing 14 permanent staff members, Andrew prides his company on successfully translating the clients’requirements and vision into a tangible solution and is committed to adheringto both set timeframes and budgets.
Repeat clientele, referral business as well as numerous press articles in various newspapers and gardening magazines confirms that the business is successful in fulfilling clients’ expectations.
Garden Maintenance Team
Renn-Ta-Gardener's full time, qualified and experienced gardeners provide professional horticultural care and advice for a variety of commercial and residential gardens.Each of the gardeners have completed horticultural - type certificates. Their knowledge gained assists them all in carrying out each of their tasks.Their fully equipped maintenance Vans are stocked with numerous tools and garden products that enable them to provide extensive horticultural services.
Landscape Construction Team
Andrew Renn Design employs two teams of full time landscape gardeners who, like the Garden Maintenance team, have completed one or more horticultural or landscaping certificates.
Our team is not only qualified but the staff are fully experienced, having worked on numerous jobs.
